A field-based program in the Mekong Delta to learn about climate change impacts and adaptation within the context of Vietnam's culture, ecology, and economy. We visit the cities, river delta, lively floating markets, quiet riverside villages, and the big city of Saigon. Six credits.
Climate Change Field Studies
August 8-20, 2015
A field course in Montana’s Crown of the Continent and Yellowstone National Park studying climate change impacts to mountain ecosystems, forests, and agricultural lands, as well as different mitigation and adaptation responses. Three credits.
Students bicycle 600 miles across Montana while learning about climate change and Montana’s role in creating sustainable energy solutions. Contact the Wild Rockies Field Institute for more information. Six credits.
