Kathy Tonnessen Receives a National Park Service Wilderness Stewardship Award

The College of Forestry and Conservation’s Kathy Tonnessen recently received a National Park Service Wilderness Stewardship award. Tonnessen, recognized as a Leader in Wilderness Stewardship, “does an outstanding job promoting wilderness accountability, consistency, and continuity.” Tonneson is the National Park lisason to the Rocky Mountain Cooperative Ecosystems Studies Unit and an adjunct research assistant professor in the College.
