Do you have health insurance coverage during CAMP?

1. If you are a current full time UM student with only Student Health Service and no additional health insurance, you have NO health coverage via the University during camp.
2. If you are a current UM student who elected to purchase supplemental Blue Cross/Blue Shield Health Insurance you are covered by this plan through August.
3. Perhaps you are covered by your parent’s health insurance plan. Please check on this prior to attending Camp so that you will know how you will pay for medical emergencies.
4. All students must sign a “RELEASE FROM RESPONSIBILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND POWER TO AUTHORIZE MEDICAL TREATMENT”. (pdf format)
