Internship Opportunity at Lubrecht Experimental Forest
The College is seeking 1-3 qualified undergraduate students to serve as Interns at Lubrecht Experimental Forest during summer 2014. Qualified candidates will be capable of navigating the woods; experienced in mensuration, ecology, silviculture, and GIS; and be self-motivated. Interns will assist College Faculty and Lubrecht Staff with various projects including boundary delineation, harvest marking, inventory plot data collections, spatial data manipulation, GPS inventory, road clearing and/or other projects as needed. Internships will last 14 or 15 weeks during the summer, interns will be paid approx. $10/hr, and will work 40 hrs/week.
